Fully furnished and have everything you need, shared kitchen and bathroom.
On the third floor of a TOWN HOUSE (the landlord and his family live downstairs), very quiet and you own the whole floor, no worries for lousy neighbors! But still it's a separate apartment, your privacy is saved.
You have only ONE roommate who is a Columbia Ph.D student, really nice girl!
Me, I am a Teachers College master student who is going away for summer.
Oh, another thing is it just got renovated, really clean and totally bug-free.
Great for summer interns or students!

The rent is 750 per/month, for those renting more then 3 months, it could be lower to 700
