Hi everyone, We are looking for another female to share this really cute and well kept converted two bedroom apartment in Midtown East, because right now our living room is in L shape, and we really don't need that much space in the living room, as we are both very busy during the week, sometimes even during weekend.

We are two girls in mid- and late 20's, and both are well-educated. One works in an accounting firm, one works in the finance department of a multinational company. We are both straight, very clean and neat, non-smoking, respectful, no drama, no pets and looking for the same.

What you got:
1. Very convenient transportation -- We are literarily less than one minute walking from Grand Central.
2. Safty and great neighborhood -- The building is highly secured and close to everything you could dream of
3. Great environment -- The building is really well maintained, with elevator, laundry and health center. The apartment is newly renovated with great everything.
4. Very respectful roomates.
5. The Second converted bedroom with a huge window.
6. Your room would have enough space for a twin bed, after which, you would still have some space for you to be creative. You can always store your stuff under your bed like we do. It's totally livable and it's a great deal.
7. Share living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Who we are looking for:
1. Female who is straight, very clean and neat, non-smoking, respectful, considerate, no drama, no pets
2. someone do not need to use the bathroom between 7 to 8:30am. As both of us need to prepare to go to work during this time, it would be hard to have another roomate to have similar schedule.
3. pay rent on time
4. first month and one month security (return upon moving out) to move in
5. put up the wall in the living room for your room, which will cost probably $500. so you know we are looking for more longer term roommate, say 10 months.
6. Share utilities (electricity, Internet, etc), which is probably around $50 a month or less. 7. none overnight guests
