Our rental setting is more like a hotel, cleaning daily.
we are very flexible, you can choose stay one night or more.

you have private bedroom with lock, of course have your owns keys to come and go as you like anytime.

Have great restaurants and lot of bars shopping 24/7 grocery stores literally right outside the door.
Near subway "L" train for easy access to anywhere.
Several bus lines just outside the door can easily go anywhere Manhattan.
Only 15-20 minutes to the Times SQ, and same distant to the Ground Zero.
Take 10-15 minutes to Wall ST, City Hall.

--An elevator goes directly to the apt.
--Fancy kitchen, full marble bathrooms are shared.
--Room has queen size bed. self-control heater, TV.

$85 per-night per room for single, $100 per-night for 2 person. $20 per-night for extra person.
$560 weekly for single. $660 weekly for 2 person.
$85 Deposit just for surely reservation, Balance due upon arrival in cash.
We accept cash, or Paypal as deposit payment.
If you cancel the reservation 2 weeks prior arrival, deposit will be full returned ( minus paypal's FEE),Only 20% refund thereafer.
