离south yarra火车站，8路tram站仅步行7分钟（不夸张，绝对不需要跑步速度），这个火车站有3条火车线交会（sandringham,frankston,pakenham）所以很容易等到火车。到flinders station只有2站。
tram8路车29站，直达墨大parkville校区。
走到chapel st shopping center，punt rd商业街也就10分钟，绝对便利,也方便打工
在murphy st和domain rd的交界 MELWAY 2L G3
那天心情特别好，走路25分钟左右，可以到royal botannic gardens里搭免费tourist shuttle去victoria mkt或者墨大。
因为是刚take下来，
所有家具和电器都是全新的。 房子刚刷过，全新地毯。
共三间房，和一对30岁左右，友善墨大PHD couple合租，
