刚刚新建一年的apartment。 一房一厅一卫有厨房，有车库，有storage room.（不是studio).房子大，阳台看出去是草地，风景很好还很安静。带空调和暖气。
位置在 city flinder st 和 spring st交界处 门口有75和city circle。 步行5分钟到 flinder st station 或者 parliment station. 距离chinatown 步行大概10分钟左......
