招不吸烟，有良好生活习惯人士。只招一名 房客每周如果可以提供7个小时从事打扫卫生等家务劳动（不包括整理房客个人房间等工作），则房租减为零，否则房租为$140/星期。如有需要，经同意，劳动可超出7小时，房东按超出部分每小时$16澳元支付给房客。

There are phone, broadband internet,TV, fridge, microwave oven, swimming pool, air-conditioning, washing machine, guest's own exclusive toilet/shower-room.
$130/week, which will be reduced to zero if the tenant can help with housework for 8 hours per week.
