现有一间房出租，离墨尔本市中心和海滩很近。此房宽敞明亮，有足够大的可用空间，包家具、床、写字台、和电视，还包括床上用品。只需和一个女生共用卫生间。交通便利，走到电车站只需5分钟，乘车只需20分钟到达市中心。可直接乘1路电车到达RMIT和墨尔本大学。附近有SHOPPING CENTER。，包水、电、煤气和网络。现招一女生，懂礼貌，干净，不抽烟。6月10日以后可搬入。联系人JAN：0425325083
