A quiet, peaceful and fully furnished bedrooms apartment located in Haizhu district. It is approximately 105sqm. Clean and well maintained. The bedrooms with new 1.5m beds, bathroom, a large living room and dining room, a park-like garden view from the balcony, Air conditioners, color TV, DVD, washer, water heater, electric drier, sofa, and a peace of mind that this is a gated community with 24 hour security.
The kitchen is well equipped. Refrigerator, gas burner, double sinks, microwave oven, pots, pans, and utensils etc. Basically, everything you'll need in a kitchen including salt, sugar, and cooking oil. And to help you feel right at home, we have tea to kick start your morning and purified water is supplied for all short term rentals.
It is reasonably convenient to a take taxi or by bus to everywhere in Guangzhou city. Local bus stop, supermarket, convenient store and restaurants are immediately outside the building entrance. Everything is within 10 minutes of walking distance; MTR station, hospital, bank, school, KFC, McDonald's, internet cafe, shopping, and more restaurants. As the saying goes,"eat in Guangzhou."
Going to Guangzhou Exhibition Show, Canton Fair is less than 5 minutes away by metro train (2.5 kms). If you are planning to visit Guangzhou during the Canton Fair, hotel reservations will be a problem. Hotels in around the Fair location is expected to be fully occupied. To avoid any inconveniences and disappointment, we would advice all visitors to be prepared in advance.

As a common practice, full payment of rental and deposit for the duration of your stay will be required at the time of check in.
If you are interested in a longer stay in the apartment, our rental is less 5% over 10 days, less 10% over 20 days, over one month we can provide special rate for you.
