A couple of visiting scholar from China to Umass Boston, quiet, clean, no smoking or drinking, no pets, hope to move in on Feb.12. Need one bedroom. Bathroom and kitchen can be shared. Being basically furnished will be good. Roommates could be visiting scholars, post-docs, English as second language learners, or students, etc. Home-stay would be also good. We fully understand the benefit of communicating openly in a shared living situation. It would be nice to get to know our roommates as well, but don't need to be best of friends. I know it's apartment living, but it would be nice if it felt more like a home! Being honest and responsible is always a good thing!
