We are looking for a safe location that is close to either university with accessible means of transport (bus/train) within walking distance. We would like a fully furnished apartment containing two bedrooms or a large single bedroom with a private bathroom/kitchen and ALL utilities (including internet) included in the rental cost. If we are satisfied with the apartment, we will consider a long term lease as we are planning to stay in Australia for at least 2 years.
