I am coming to Griffith Uni this June with my husband. So we need a room/unit available for us two.We will rent it for at least 3 month.If the room/unit really matches our need, we may extend the contract for years because we will not leave Griffith Uni in the recent 3 years.We prefer joint tenants who are couples or students.
