I'm looking for 1 small and tidy single room from possible Nov or Dec (for long-term stay). The reason is because I'm now in sydney but i will be going overseas for 2-3 months, so i'll need to move out of my current house and secure another room when i back to sydney in Nov/Dec, for long term stay. Something about myself: - tidy and quiet, asian female, friendly, working. - I don't do much oily cooking. Looking for: - 1 small tidy single room in a safe area, - rent ranging around 150-170/pw - tidy, quiet and friendly housemates. - Also if you have lounge room available with private seperater, it will be fine too.
