公寓配置
二室一厅一卫豪华装修，配置两个1.5米床，厨房、卫生间。室内均配置彩电、空调、冰箱、洗衣机，炉具、视频门禁对讲系统、24小时小区保安监控、24小时供应热水。
入住时请您准备入住的全部房费和押金(1000元)，不接受退房时交费，请谅解。
请您务必带好有效身份证件，对于不提供真实身份证件和不交押金的客人一概不接待。
您支付的房费中包含了每天的水电气费用。
请保持室内设备设施的完好，若有损坏，须按价赔偿。

As a common practice, full payment of rental and bail(US$100) for the duration of your stay will be required at the time of check in. If you are interested in the apartment, please contact me.
