The house is located in O’Connell street, it takes 5 mins walk to La Trobe Uni’s library. There are 4 rooms in the house, 1 kitchen, 1 shower room and 1 toilet, parking place is provided. You will share the house with other 5 La Trobe students who are easy going. The internet access is provided with 120GB, and the rent fee is 110/week or 477/month plus the bills.
