Hi,
I need to move out of my apartment on the 10th December to go back home abroad and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease which ends on 2nd February, but you can extend your lease to whenever you like after that. The apartment itself is great. I've been living here for 9 months now and never had any problems. It's a studio apartment with a built in toilet, shower, kitchenette, TV, DVD player, all the usual kitchen and cooking appliances, etc (see the photos). Right opposite Melbourne University and on the tram 1/8 line that can take you into the city in 10 minutes. The building has washing/drying facilities, a security intercom system and internet is provided at a student discount rate and is very fast (512MB).
Note that these apartments are student only and water and gas are included except electricity which is payed every 3 months. Rent is $260 a week until February 10th and then increases to $270 a week.
