Studio Take Over (Q1 Apartment)
A level 4 studio need to be take over from middle December to 25th of Feb, because of personal reasons. (The contract can be extended)
The studio is located on the corner of Grattan St. and Berkeley St. which is just next to Melbourne Uni. (Only 1min walk to Melbourne Uni, and 10min to RMIT)
The studio has a reasonable size (can fit 2 tenants), fully furniture with air-condition, and laundry facilities.
The current rent is $1127.75 per month, which is $260.25 weekly, including water.
