We are two Aussie guys seeking housemate to move into our big place in Abbotsford.

I’m Guy, 28, studying/working, and the other guy, Tom, is 25 and a maths nerd working in the I.T. industry. We’re both very relaxed and friendly dudes, open-minded and eager to find someone to replace our wonderful housemate who is returning to China for 3 months.

I am learning Chinese for fun and would love to find a native Mandarin speaker to join our house. It will be a great way for me to improve my Chinese and you to perfect your English. Win-win, no?

We’re located in Abbotsford (Richmond area) and only 20 metres from Collingwood train station; only 7 minutes to Flinders Street station.
Also only 5 minutes walk from cheap restaurants and Asian supermarkets on Victoria Street.

A little information:
- room fully furnished with bed, desk etc.
- wireless internet and all bills included
- room is medium sized with window and built-in wardrobe
- share a large bathroom with just one person
- very large townhouse with heaps of living space and great kitchen with gas cooking
- secure underground car park
- large outdoor courtyard which is awesome in summer

No Animals or couples, sorry.

We’d prefer a Chinese speaking girl (the room is currently occupied by a Chinese chick) but as long as you're fun, and social, please get in touch.
