I am a young man from China, clean,easy going & gentle. NO smoking.

I will study in the stream of "Film & TV Production" of RMIT(CITY CampuS) from July 2009 to Dec 2010.

I am looking for a room simply furnished with electricity ,gas, air conditioning, washing machine, fridge, micro-wave,cooling/heating etc, better within 5-30 minutes by tram away from RMIT(CITY) or just close enough within walking distance to tram stop.

It will be greatly appreciated if you provide me a room not only within walking distance to RMIT(city campus) ,but also close to shopping centre ,restaurants & tram stops ,last but not the least, rent is my priority consideration(85-135 $,share bill ).
