i have recently purchased a brand new apartment which is to be completed by end of June 09, so it would be available to view/move by early July.

its going at $250 per week which gets:

2 mins walk away from train station
5 mins walk away from shops
5 mins drive away from market
10 mins drive away from CBD
underground carpark available (must rent space from another apartment, i will be using our apartments car space)
plenty of untimed offstreet parking

im a 23 yr old chinese/australian male working full time in finance in the CBD
im quite relaxed and enjoy the quiet weekends as well as going out.

im looking for someone who is easy going, likes to enjoy a few beers and respects other peoples privacy and posessions as the apartment will contain my furniture / tv / washers etc.
