Two very nice full-furnished rooms are available on Cambro Rd in Clayton. Close to Monash clayton campus, about 15 minutes walk from there. Have all the necessities including the chair, bed, clothespress and so on. Either short-term or long-term renting is accepted and it will be available after 7th of January. The current rental is 95 per week for the small one, the bigger one is 100 pw, share bills. The landlord is very nice, as well as the housemates.
