寻找1月30号可住的房子。

I'm looking for a room in the south of zone 1，availble on 30th January.no apartment.under 125 dollars ,including bills or 100-115 dollars sharing bills.if it's possible,I hope I can rent for 2 years.I've always kept my room clean.
