This apartment is located in the center of the city. It is near to the rmit, taylors college, and cqu. The victoria market, convenient stores(just downstair of our apartment), melbourne central, QV are nearby as well as tram and train station.
There is one person living in this apartment at the moment.Hope can find someone who is responsible, tidy, friendly to share the rent. The water, electricity and internet bills will be sharing each other.
