We are looking for someone clean, respect privacy and easy to get alone. You need to pay rent on time every week. We respect your privacy and personal life. However we like tidy and clean person, so we require you only to cook at home occationally and avoid cooking as possible as u can. In return, you will have your own bathroom, and be provided with king bed, access to Wii, DVD, Foxtel and more than you expect. Bills are included in the rent($150 per week) except internet ($23 per month). Inspection is open Now. |

hai,i\'d like to know how many person can be in the house, are we live with the host? how many rooms are there all?
回复： You will be living with two boys,and yes, you are living with the owner (one of the boys). There are four rooms together, but we only want to rent only one room out. Cheers
