We\'re the exchange students from China in RMIT , city campus. I \'m a male and the other three are girls. We are looking for 3-4 seperate bedroom near melbourne central district.

Requirements are summarized as following
1.Short term of lease for only 4.5 months,  we have to end the lease by the beginning

of december
2.fully furnished room
3.internet links
4.most importantly, the area is better to be within  30 mins commuter to RMIT city campus
