I\'m a female Chinese who needs to find a single bedroom with private bathroom & TV as well as internet connection; gas,electricity,water and phone bills are preferred to be included in the rent. Convenient bus/train transportation to Uni. of Sydney and the City is essential. An indoor regular-size swimming pool nearby would be prefered. Better close to at least one grocery store and a few restaurants. I won\'t cook much,don\'t smoke and like to keep my living envioronment clean.
