A new building named Wen Cheng Jie Zuo is quite near the Birds Nest the olympic game major stadium, BLCU and Tsinghua University (Wu Dao Kou) . My apartment in it includes one bedroom, one living-room, one bathroom and one kitchen, totally about 60 square. I am the landlord of the apartment which is furnished with best conditions, say, all-day running elevators, good electric equipments, internet(ADSL) and foreign satellite TV programs (you can watch more than 50 satellite TV programs such as HBO,CNN,HOLLIWOOD MOVIES,STARS MOVIES,ESPN, etc.) The rental is $1000 for one month ( including all the expense). 1st, August is available for moving in.
