It is on the northwest corner of National Olimpic Park,just less than 3 miles distance to

40% down payment is required after rental contract is signed.
Money order and wire transfer is prefered.
Another 60% payment is collected upon your arrival.
USD1,000 deposit is required on your arrival.
We shall sign a formal Leasing Agreement if we reach the mutual intent and we shall also
need you to provide the copy of your Business License or your ID card before the execution
of the Agreement. You will have to pay a deposit upon the signing of the Agreement which
will be returnable on the termination of the leasing term.
