Hi，I'm a Beijing citizen and would like to have my apartment rented during Beijing Olympic Games. Following please find the detailed information.
1.Description of my apartment condition:
170sqm,3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,1 livingroom,1 kitchen,New and Clean,Nice sunshine. Fully Decorations and Furnished. Wooden floor, Sofa, 3TVs, Refrigerator, Washing machine, Microwave oven, Gas cooker, Telephone, Internet Broad Band, Central heating, Air-conditioner, Hot water and computer. .Also supplying with any equipment according to guest demanding. By the way, You can see the “national stadium” and "national aquatic aports” from the balcony.
Location: Wolongxiaoqu (Chinese name:卧龙小区), No. 903 room, 229 building,huizhongli, ,ChaoYang district,Beijing (I can promise it is the nearest living place to national stadium) .
1) about 30 minutes to Beijing Capital International Airport;
2) 0.8 kilometers from “national stadium (bird-nest stadium)”,About 10 minutes on walk;
3) 1000 meters to Huixinxijie North stations of Subway Line five; 500meter to Olympic game stations of subway.

2.Rent requirements:
420 USD per day for July and 520 USD per day for August(the price is negotiatable)
50% down payment is required after rental contract is signed.
Another 50% payment is collected upon your arrival.
USD1,000 deposit is required on your arrival. (including fees on water,gas,electric etc.)
