Payment and Rental
1. $ 500/ day for less than 6 persons; or $200/day/bedroom for less than 2 persons
2. 50% down payment is required after rental contract is signed.
3. The other 50% payment is collected upon your arrival.
4. US dollar and China RMB are two acceptable currencies.
5. The apartment owner pays for utilities ( power, gas, water)
6. The rental date can be advanced or appropriate continuity.
7. The minimum period of rental is 14 days. Discount is based on the rental time:
