Government department . Here I want to rent one of my owned

apartments to foreign guests during Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. If

you want to rent it for a long time, it's more than welcome and

My apartment lies in Chaoyang District, Beijing, China. Many

foreigners are living around here. The environment is quiet and

pleasant, with Super market, mall (e.g., Huatang Shopping Mall,

Hualian Shopping Mall), restaurants, park,
hospital (e.g., beijing united family hospital, which is convenient

for foreigns ) available.
the house which I hire is the Chaoyang garden serviced apartment,

the area is 120 square meters, two bathrooms, altogether four

bedrooms, telephone, color television, refrigerator, washer, air

conditioning, water heater, microwave oven, electrical appliances

furniture and so on kitchenware all complete, the transportation is

convenient, the nearby has the Olympic Games sand beach volleyball

facility - Chaoyang park, drives to the Chaoyang park only needs 10

minutes, the office swimming pool/handball room/sauna

room/gymnasium/movie hall/ping pong room/child amusement park and so

on the free use.
It is very closed to 1th subway, and about 5 kilometers away from

the ChaoYang park. Easy traffic, taxi, bus can get you to anywhere

you would like to visit.

The whole buildign was built in 2004
3nd floor of total 28
120 square meters. 4 bedrooms,wooden floor.
2 bathrooms. And all completely superfine furnished. The wondows

towards east are all fall to the ground, the rooms are light.

[Rent require]
Duration: At least 20 days during Olympic Games. And at the

weekends, I would show you Beijing sights if you would like.
Price: equal to 250 USD/night or if you can rent a whole month(30

days), I give you a discount of 10%,rent two months and above, give

you a 20% discount.Deposit：20% when booking, 30% by May 1st, 2008,

pay full when check-in.
