The unit is 3-4 mins drive from the shops, beach, river and golf course.
This is NOT a luxury unit but a nice clean basic unit.
There is no off-street parking, but it is a quiet dead-end court.
The steps down to the unit are steep and may not be suitable for elderly people

Key is picked up in Melbourne.
$50 Key deposit is required.
