want to find some good place at :
oakleigh / holmesglen / caulfield / carnegie / malvern

two of us can only accept max. 400/month of rent (share bills)
so that we don't mind to share 2 rooms

must have internet connection and walking distant to train station

better can move on 23 Feb or before (negotiable)
