公寓配置
设置客房、客厅、 厨房、盥洗间、卫生间、大型观景露台。室内配置彩电、空调、冰箱、洗衣机，炉具、消毒碗柜、餐具、视频门禁对讲系统、24小时小区保安监控、24小时供应热水。
入住须知
1、请通过电话或E－mail提前预订，我会在12小时之内与您取得联系并确认订单。
2、请在入住前一天通知您第二天抵达的具体时间，我会为您设计到达入住处的最佳路线。若您需要有人接车，可以通过第三方为您提供服务，但是产生的费用自理。
3、入住时请您准备入住的全部房费和押金(1000元)，不接受退房时交费，请谅解。
4、请您务必带好有效身份证件，对于不提供真实身份证件和不交押金的客人一概不接待。
5、您支付的房费中包含了每天的水电气费用。
6、提供厨房用具，但不提供油盐等调料品。
7、请保持室内设备设施的完好，若有损坏，须按价赔偿。
8、每天更换个人洗涮用具，派专人清洁卫生、消毒。
9、退房时间为中午12点，12点-18点算半天，超过18点算全天。我将在现场清点物品和检查相关设施，扣除相关费用后返还公寓设施保证金。
GuangZhou International short-rent Apartments for Rent During the 103nd Canton Fair
Guangzhou short-rent International Apartment locates aside Jinan University which is at HuangPu Ave., and near by Zhujiang Newcity which is new CBD of Guangzhou. Pazhou Canton Fair Center is so close that we can see it in our apartment.
Our customers all come from China Mainland, USA, Europe, Japan, Hongkong, Taiwan, Macau, and so on.
Branch A: Masai International Apartment :
Masai International Apartment locates at Huangpu Ave., which aside Jinan University. There is professional security grads with 24 hours non-stop on duty, you can enjoy a quiet, peaceful, safety environment, and warmly and professional service.
The life is much convenient, there is supermarket, restaurants, banks, hospital around. And there are 40 bus lines get through our Apartment, it will take 10 minutes to PaZhou Canton Fair Center by bus, also you can get TianHe Plaza, Computer center, and Software center about 15 minutes.
The rentals price as following:
1. The rentals price during 103nd Canton Fair( April., 14, 2007----April.,30, 2007) is 418RMB(65USD) per day;
2. or the rentals price during Oct. is 6000RMB(800USD) per month;
Branch B: Guangzhou Agile Garden:
Guangzhou Agile Garden locates at PanYu Nan Ave., there is special bus get through PaZhou Canton Fair Center, and there are more then 300 bus lines to Guangzhou downtown, it will take about 20 minutes to get Tianhe Plaza which is the most propert in Guangzhou. Agile Garden is much comfortable for living, first-class environment, there are 400 meters commercial street, including of banks, restaurants, supermarket, and so on, and there is one Canada International kindag, and one Primary School in Agile Garden.
The rooms are Clean and well maintained. The bedrooms with new 1.5m and double beds , bathroom, a large living room and dining room, a park-like garden view from the balcony, air conditioners, TV, washer, water heater, electric drier, sofa, and a peace of mind that this is a gated community with 24 hour security.
The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, double sinks, pots, pans, and utensils etc. So what you'll need to buy in a kitchen is only including salt, sugar, and cooking oil.
It is reasonably convenient to a take taxi or by bus to everywhere in Guangzhou city. Local bus stop, supermarket, convenient store,hospital and restaurants are immediately outside the building .Whatever you really feel right at home.
The rentals price as following:
A Deluxe Three-bedrooms & Two-hall apartment USD130/day/set (3-5 person live in)
A Deluxe Two-bedrooms & Two-hall apartment USD100/day/set (3-5 person live in)
If short-term rent, 2 days room fee as bail is need when you check in, it will return back when you check out. If long-term rent, 2 months fee as bail is need when you check in, and will return back when you check out.
