公寓位置
春江花园座落在广州天河区，毗邻中山大道100米，坐拥超大市政配套，闹中取静，远离烦嚣，一出家门就是校门，50米以内幼儿园，小学，中学配套齐全，成长规划一步到位。密度低，楼距宽，绿化率高。琶洲会展中心，打的士10-15分钟车程，坐公交15-25分钟车程。生活便利。
公寓配置
二室一厅一卫豪华装修，使用面积64平方米，床位1个，设置客房、客厅、 厨房、盥洗间、卫生间、阳台。室内配置彩电、空调、冰箱、洗衣机，炉具、消毒碗柜、餐具、门禁对讲系统、24小时小区保安监控、24小时供应热水。每天免费鲜牛奶或酸牛奶一瓶
入住须知
1、请通过电话或E－mail提前预订，我会在12小时之内与您取得联系并确认订单。
2、请在入住前一天通知您第二天抵达的具体时间，我会为您设计到达入住处的最佳路线。若您需要有人接车，可以通过第三方为您提供服务，但是产生的费用自理。
3、入住时请您准备入住的全部房费和押金(5000元)，不接受退房时交费，请谅解。
4、请您务必带好有效身份证件，对于不提供真实身份证件和不交押金的客人一概不接待。
5、您支付的房费中包含了每天的水电气费用。
6、提供厨房用具，包括油盐等调料品。
7、请保持室内设备设施的完好，若有损坏，须按价赔偿。
8、退房时间为中午12点，12点-18点算半天，超过18点算全天。我将在现场清点物品和检查相关设施，扣除相关费用后返还公寓设施保证金。

A Deluxe apartment for 1-2 person
Chunjiang Garden is quite convenient for the businessmen who take part in the Canton Fair. It takes about 10-15 minutes by car or 15-25 minutes by bus to Pazhou Exibition Centre.
A quiet, peaceful and fully furnished 2 bedrooms apartment located in Chunjiang Garden,Tianhe District. It is approximately 64 square metre. Clean and well maintained. The bedrooms with new 1.5m king bed , a bathroom, a comforatble living and dining room, a park-like garden view from the balcony, air conditioners, TV, washmachine, water heater, sofa, and a peace of mind that this is a gated community with 24 hour security.
The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, double sinks, pots, pans, and utensils etc. It is not necessary for you to buy anything in a kitchen. It is reasonably convenient to a take taxi or by bus to everywhere in Guangzhou city. Local bus stop, supermarket, convenient store,hospital and restaurants are immediately outside the building .Whatever you really feel right at home.
As a common practice, full payment of rental and deposit(USD600) for the duration of your stay will be required at the time of check in. If you are interested in the apartment, please contact me.

1、这边的牛奶是免费的，并且有酸奶或牛奶的两种选择；
2、由于自身工作关系，不能提供电脑，但只要您有手提电脑，宽带网是24小时免费提供的；
3、非工作时间，可以提供免费的中英互译服务；
4、这些在您入住期间是全包的。
