公寓位置
世港国际公寓位于新港东路与华南路立交西南侧，属于琶洲会展中心区域，北可眺珠江，城市新中轴线和珠江新城；南临黄埔涌，可望万亩果园。华南快速干线从小区东侧经过，邻近地铁二号线磨碟沙站和公交园艺站，乘车2分钟、地铁1分钟、步行5分钟直达琶洲会馆。小区配套设施有会所、商务中心、泳池、健身房、停车场和中西餐厅等，提供三星级智能化小区服务。
公寓配置
1、豪华复式公寓结构为复式双层两室一厅一卫豪华装修，朝向南面，使用面积70平方米，配置一个1.5米床和两个1.2米床，设置客房、商务区、休闲区、厨房、卫生间。
2、豪华双人房公寓结构为一室一卫一观景阳台，朝向南面，使用面积50平方米，配置一个1.8米床和一个1.2米床。
3、豪华单人房公寓结构为一室一卫一观景阳台，朝向南面，使用面积50平方米，配置一个1.8米床。
室内均配置彩电、空调、冰箱、洗衣机，炉具、视频门禁对讲系统、24小时小区保安监控、24小时供应热水。
入住须知
1、请通过电话或E－mail提前预订，我会在12小时之内与您取得联系并确认订单。
2、请在入住前一天通知您第二天抵达的具体时间，我会为您设计到达入住处的最佳路线。若您需要有人接车，可以通过第三方为您提供服务，但是产生的费用自理。
3、入住时请您准备入住的全部房费和押金(1000元)，不接受退房时交费，请谅解。
4、请您务必带好有效身份证件，对于不提供真实身份证件和不交押金的客人一概不接待。
5、您支付的房费中包含了每天的水电气费用。
6、提供厨房用具，但不提供油盐等调料品。
7、请保持室内设备设施的完好，若有损坏，须按价赔偿。
8、每天更换个人洗涮用具，派专人清洁卫生、消毒。
9、退房时间为中午12点，12点-18点算半天，超过18点算全天。我将在现场清点物品和检查相关设施，扣除相关费用后返还公寓设施保证金。

A quiet, peaceful and fully Ctiycoin International apartment located on NO.238 Xingang East Road,HaiZhu District. It has double-banked and approximately 70 square metre. The upstair bedroom is equipped with new 1.5m bed and double beds at the first floor; It has flat and approximately 50 square metre.
It all has bathroom, a park-like garden view from the windows, internet serivces ,air conditioners, TV, washer, water heater and a peace of mind that this is a gated community with 24 hour security.
As a common practice, full payment of rental and bail(USD100) for the duration of your stay will be required at the time of check in. If you are interested in the apartment, please contact me.
