Let me brief you a little about my apartment. It is a 2 bedrooms apartment in 2nd FL. I’m going to rent out ONE of the rooms. It's a non-furnished big room but with a huge cupboard in it. The apartment is newly renovated with nice kitchen.
I’m renting out the room with monthly rental of $550 including all utilities (electricity, gas and heat). Internet broadband cable service is available with extra charge. My apt is located right on the 6th Ave, between 72nd and 73rd street which is about 1 block away from B1 bus station. The closest train station is “R” Bay Ridge Ave which is about 10 mins walk.
I’m looking for someone who is Clean, Asian (to avoid lifestyle & culture conflicts purpose), Pay rent on time and most importantly Non-Smoker. No pet please. Male/Female are both welcomed. I'm a nice person to stay with.
