Now sublet one bedroom, half a year is the minimum lease, $110 per week including electricity and water; broadband and phone are shared. I’ve lived here for 1 year, and I’m extremely happy with here, because it’s really hard to find the second place like this. This rent is absolutely fair and I only want to find a good person to share with me.
