Dear friends, my apartment is in the Rome Villa which is located in Hai Zhu District, Guangzhou. Twenty minutes' distance to Tian He by taxi. The apartment is on the second floor. It is a five-bedroom apartment with two living rooms, and has two washrooms and one kitchen, altogether is 157 square meters. It is very safe and convenient to live in the garden. 24-hour safeguard is available. There are grocery, restaurant, swimming pool and parking lot in the garden. There are a couple of bus stations near the garden, from which you can go to almost all the important downtown areas in Guangzhou. The apartment is newly built and furnished. There are Air-conditioner，TV，Refrigerator，Washing machine，Microwave Oven, beds ,Dinning table, Dinning chair, Sofa, Dress closet, TV cabinet ,mattress and etc in my apartment.
I'd like to rent the apartment at the price of USD600(RMB 4800) per month (According to the practice in Guangzhou, tenants should pay at least 2 months' rent as deposit and pay the monthly rent at the beginning of each month. When the tenancy expires, the deposit will be refunded if the furniture and electric appliances are in good condition).
By the way, to those polite, friendly and well-educated tenants , especially to those respectable teachers who can rent it for a comparatively long period of time.
