-5 minutes to Prahran railway station (Sandrigham
Line)
- 10 minutes to city by train
-1 minute to no.72 tram stop

-Friendly with 1 years old shitzu puppy... (Not necessary but more than welcome)

-$650 each permonth plus Share Bills (depend on usage)
