We are a couple,who study at rmit city campus.We are looking for an 1 bedroom apartment or small house to stay for long term as soon as possible.

The property should better close to city (or in the city) and pubic transport(within 20min by tram or 15min by train). We prefer North Melbourne,Carlton,Brunswick(or east),and city.If the property is in other suberbs but close to city,it's fine.

Our buget is around $160--220


**The property could be older,but must be very neat and tidy.
