This is a renovated 3 bedroom house. Currently there are 2 young professionals living in the house including myself. We put an emphasis to share a house in a friendly, respectful and clean environment.

I am looking for a single person to rent the remaining bedroom who is clean and respectful. Non smoker and a person who doesn't cook regularly is preferred.
