回国出租

房子是两室一厅的apartment，在二楼。由于周围都是平房，所以视野很好。现在小bedroom和厅都已经有人住（一个新加坡华人男生还有一个中国女生，都是墨大的phd和master学生），较大的bedroom（约14平方米）出租。

室内全装修，地毯，并且家具齐全，包括一张单人床，一个新的IKEA写字台和一个新的IKEA躺椅（超级舒服），一个带抽屉的床头柜，一个嵌入式的大衣柜（这个不属于我，是房子自带的），一个转椅。此外微波炉，超大（一人多高）电冰箱，大饭桌，洗衣机，烘干机（!!）都是share的。

坐电车12分钟到墨尔本大学，骑车15分钟，步行30分钟左右（沿Flemington Road大路，安全，并且路过Royal park，风景好，我们天天都走路去学校）。走路10分钟可到墨尔本著名的华人连锁超市“达城”，以及澳洲最大的连锁超市之一Safeway，购物方便。到Victoria market买菜也方便，一趟电车15分钟直接送回家门口。

提供电话和Internet高速ADSL上网（1.5M的下载速度）。

附带一车库，如果你打算买车。

希望不吸烟，无宠物的学生入住，男女不限。

入住时间：2006年3月1日起就空出来了。如果希望早几天，也可以谈，最多我搬到别的地方去住。

房租：有两种选择
1. 周租80，不含bill，bond 360，另外200块把我的家具全卖给你了（包括我上面提到的所有家具，都是我买的，share的家具都是和同屋的人share买的，另外还有电话网络的接入费，通通算上200块）。
2. 周租90，不含bill，bond 360，家具钱就放到租金里了。

另：我现在的租金就是80块一周，不想赚钱，只想把家具处理掉。
