The place is a two story 3 bedroom unit surrounded by parks and near to the beginning of Sydney Rd.

My name is Hamish (24 years old) from Darwin originally. I graduated from Melbourne Uni last year and worked for the first half of this year in Canberra. I lived in Shanghai for 18 months and studied at Fudan University on exchange. I'm back in Melbourne looking for work. I love food (eating, not cooking), culture, language and current affairs (my dream is to work for DFAT).

My girlfriend also lives here. She is Korean, she has been living in Melbourne for about 2 years. She is working in project management in the western suburbs.

We are looking for a flatmate who will stay for at least 6months and would prefer full time uni students or people in a stable job. We are not interested in accommodating travellers. My girlfriend and I would like to live with a Chinese person or a Chinese couple because we think that Chinese people are easy to live with and we are both interested in Chinese language and culture!

rent: $190 per week ($220 for a couple)
We pay by calendar month on the 6th of every month.
