I have a room available to share, the bedroom includes one single bed, a computer desk and a built-in BIG wardrobe with mirror door.
The Rent is $145 per week, sharing bills.

Rental will be required to be paid every month in advance; bond would be equal to a month rental and is essential to be paid in advance as well.
