CHARMING APARTMENT FOR RENT IN GUANGZHOU(SHORT/LONG TERM)

I have a gorgeous and new 3-bedroom apartment in Guangzhou for rent.The apartment is in the Cannes Garden which is located in Tian He District, Guangzhou.It is about 300 meters west off the Olympic Stadium of Guangzhou.
The apartment is on the second floor with lift available.There are 3 bedrooms,1 living room,1 kitchen,1 bathroom and 2 balconies in this apartment. There are 4 Air-conditioners,1 Colour TV,1 Refrigerator,1 Washing machine,1 microwave oven,1 Gas exhauster,1 DVD, 1 Gas water heater,1 Gas stove,3 Beds(1 king-size,2 queen size) ,1 Dinning table, 4 Dinning chairs (4 stools), Kitchen wall units, 1 Sofa, 3 Dress closets, 1 Coffee table, 1 TV cabinet and quite a few bowls,plates and cups in my apartment, besides there is free internet access(broad band) for you .It is quiet at night. It is very safe and convenient to live in the garden.24-hour safeguard is available. There are supermarket(Hong Cheng),kindergarten, elementary school, laundry, club, food market, grocery store, book store, restaurant, drugstore ,SPA store and parking lot in the garden.
Transportation :The shuttle bus in the garden can take you to Teem Plaza and Citic Plaza(city center) within half an hour. There are a couple of bus stations(224,548,41,60,508,296,245,etc) near the garden, from which you can go to almost all the important business regions in Guangzhou. It's 10 minutes drive to Pazhou(the new Canton Fair site,exhibition center) ,less than 17 minutes drive to the East Railway Station,from which you can take a train to Hong Kong or Shenzhen conveniently.The apartment building was newly built (April.2005)and the apartment is newly furnished.
Rate:
Short Term(7-15) days: USD50 per night
Short Term: USD800-USD1000 for 1-3 month (including all the utility such as electricity fee,gas fee,broadband internet fee,ordinary \drinking water,maintenance fee,TV cable fee and free translation service for tour in the city)
Rate:
Long term(6-12 months) USD450-500(including free translation service for useful information about the city) per month for long-term tenants.The longer,the cheaper.
According to the rule in Guangzhou, guests should pay at least 2 months' rent as deposit and pay the monthly rent at the beginning of each month. At the end of the lease, if the furniture and electronic appliances are not beyond usual wear and tear, the deposit will be refunded.
By the way, to those polite, friendly and well-educated guests who can rent it for a comparatively long period of time, the price can be lower. If guests are not satisfied with the furniture, I can make a change according to the request considering the rate. I am an English teacher for Chinese students,mandarin teacher for foreigners,part-time translator, interpreter and also a part-time tour guide.I believe I can understand your concerns quite well .I am the legal owner of the apartments. During Canton Fair,the prices of the apartments are as follow(negotiable):
4-bedroom apartments USD200 for over 7 nights lease ( the longer the cheap, vise versa)
3-bedroom apartments USD160 for over 7 nights lease
2-bedroom apartments USD140 for over 7 nights lease
The prices are negotiable according to the lease.
Like but better than a 4-star hotel, we provide the following services:
1. Free transportation between the garden and Baiyun airport
2. Free transportation between the garden and Pazhou everyday during Canton Fair.(April15-April20, April25- April30)
3. Free cleaning service 2-3 times a week
4. Free English translation service of the lease transaction and important news about the city.
