From now 1 bright and quite room is available for rent. 5 minutes to both of the railway station on foot and 20 minutes by train to the city. 1 minute to 766 bus station and 5 minutes to local facilities e.g. Chinese restaurant, post, pharmacy, supermarket, pizza and fish and chips. The place is $110 a week plus bills. Furnished room if needed, with a single size bed, computer desk and TV. All utensils provided. I¡¯m 29, work f/t as a shop manager, lives with a male friend 36 works f/t as an IT technician. We are looking for someone to fill the 3rd bedroom in the house as our other housemate is moving out.
