Hello,is the room still availiable ?
I come from Hong Kong (female, 21yrs old) and will study in Curtin University.I will arrive in Sydney on about 24/2 and stay for about one year.
I am clean, tidy and non-smoking.I am wonder is it a single own room (one person per room) and the price,is it include the phone ?
By the way, do you know is it near the Curtin University (39-47 Regent St.near Central station,suburb:Redfern) ?
Do you have the map location or phones about the room ? thanks ~ |

极近悉尼大学，出门的街口就是悉尼大学校门，非常适合悉尼大学的学生居住。具体位置在camperdown区的larkin street上，出门步行100米左右就到公共汽车站，交通极其方便，步行15分钟左右即到Broadway，18分钟到UTS，坐公交车直达china town，redfone，townhall等地，都不是很远，近一切。对面亦有便利店，地理位置极佳，并且周围治安很好，安全问题不用担心。
学生房东，及其友善。房子是富式的二层，总共三个房间，招租的房子在二层，室友是一非常Nice，开朗和乐观的女孩，目前在悉尼大学读硕士课程。房间宽敞明亮，通风好，家具俱全（床，带镜衣厨，桌子，椅子，床边柜等）。
现招一少在屋中炒菜，爱干净，随和友善，最好是在悉尼大学读书的女生来share房间。每星期租金$130，包含水电煤气和宽带费用。即可入住。
