曼城宽敞舒适单人房（无二房东）平均只有40镑左右/周
A nice single room is available from 1st July 2007. The room is very nice and clean. We are looking for a nice and non-smoke person shared house with us. Full time student is prefered. The rental is 190 pounds/month. You will have two months half price of rental. The landlord will sign the contract directly with you. The length of the contract would be 12 months. Your flatmates are all full time students who are very nice and quiet. The house is furnished. It is nice and clean.
如题，一间朝向好，宽敞，干净而且阳光充足的单人房，7月份即可以开始入住，合同一年，只要190英镑一个月,而且7，8月份还有半价优惠，bill share. 合同直接和房东签。请放心绝对没有二房东之说！
房子是在rusholme，wilmslow主路边，距离车站1分钟，142，143，42，43等多条公交线路（magic bus,stagecoach,fingland的都有），到曼城市中心仅仅10-15分钟。周围有worldwide, tesco, lidl等超市，步行2-3分钟左右都可到。邮局，医院都在附近，房子周围都是学生寝室公寓，很安全，也很宁静，适合学习居住同时生活出行都很方便，还有一个大公园就在马路的斜对面，爱运动朋友的好去处。而且门前有免费的停车位哦！ 好了，不多阐述了，实地看房才能有切身体会。
现在住着的都是full-time students, 希望找一个不抽烟，安静，爱干净的同学一起share我们的家。
