There're 2 bedrooms totally, i live in one, and the other is available now for my current roommate is leaving. The kitchen / living room will be shared by us, so is the bathroom.
The building has 6 floors, and ours is in the 5th. The decoration is rather new for it's the owner's wedding room 2 years ago. Total area is 55 m2, and your room is about 15 m2 with a balcony capsulated by windows.
The transportation is extremely convenient, 4 minutes to Metro Line 2 Dongchang Rd. Station, another 8 minutes to the people square. 8 minutes to the Dongfang Hospital, 8 to the No.1 Yohan shopping mall or Super Brand Mall. The community is nice and safe.
Maybe it's a little bit tiny but cosy and quiet. BTW, your window is towards the World Finance Center.
