Our house Private apartment house for one bedroom,one toilet and one kitchen ,there are 72 Square metres in all . It is 6th floor(total is 9 floor).has elevator.
address: The house is in the northwest of the Olympic garden in Haidian district ,and it is not far from the Olympic stadium.it just take u 15 minutes to get there for walk. Except that,it is also very easy for u to go to any other stadiums of Olympic. Because the traffic around is very convenient. Several buses and subway are ready for U .our house is located in Qinghe Area with Security patrols for 24 hours. in addition,A supermarket and some Chinese restaurants are nearby.so U will be not to worry about any problem for U life.
Interior environment: Health ,lean and comfortable, hot water for 24 hours. entire home appliances (every room all matches have central-air-conditioning , TV set etc.).I think if U are come to Beijing with U family ,our house is very fit for U.
Detail and costs: We rent our house for vacation rentals, at east for a month ,RMB:1000 per day, or RMB:24000 per month.And we need U to pay for it full for a time. so ,if U like it hurry up !Y’d better connect with us before May 1.
